INNSource provided TOTAL TURNKEY solution including interior design, procurement, and all construction services to complete this upgraded lobby. We created a completely new breakfast area that required adding a wall to enclose the buffet. This created more seating and a better flow when entering the hotel. The lobby also gained more seating and an entirely new, custom front desk with better access to guests and the BOH. A new, enclosed business center and refreshed public restrooms completed out this project.

INNSource completed this new ownership PIP requiring substantial updates to the guest bath rooms. Everything except the tubs were replaced. Because of on-going issues with CPVC , we replaced it all with PEX. New toilets, vanities, shower controls, and tub surrounds were installed with all new grab bars. All rooms were updated with new carpet, paint, and new furniture. All smoke detectors were replaced and wired to meet local code requirements. The city of Plantation required us to pull individual permits by floor and obtain a Certificate of Occupancy per floor. We passed each final inspection on every floor on the first attempt. This was critical to staying on schedule and completing the project on-time.
