INNSource completed this new ownership Formula Blue PIP in 2 phases. All rooms were updated with new carpet, wall vinyl, and new furniture. The wet bars in the suites were replaced with new millwork and quartz tops. Bathrooms received new wall vinyl, tile floors, a floating quartz vanity, and a backlit vanity mirror. Phase II was a dramatic modification to the lobby, great room, and buffet. All ceiling lighting was replaced and re-designed to accommodate the new seating areas including new “floating” ceiling panels. The buffet was completely re-configured with new walls and barn door access creating more counterspace and storage. Pods replaced the old front desk and the Market was expanded to offer more amenities and POS items. We completed the renovation by painting the building and wrapping the porte cochere column bases in stone.
